Once again, i'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced.

I would like to inform you that this is a known issue and that our Developer are currently working on it.

Unfortunately, i cannot give you an estimated time as for when it will be fixed, however you can stay tuned on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD in order to be notified of any further announcements and updates related to Pokemon Revolution Online.
