I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try the following:

  • Delete all the old files or PRO
  • Restart your Phone
  • Download another browser on your smartphone and then try to download again the game from our PRO DOWNLOAD PAGE

If that should not solve your issue, could you please try to download the game on your PC and then move it from the PC to your smartphone?

Also, could you please attach a screenshot of the error you're experiencing?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

As you said that you've tried to delete everything and redownload and it didn't work, do you happen to have a PC where you can download the game from and then move it to your smartphone and install it?

If not, could you please take a screenshot of the error if you are experiencing?
