Hello, i hate this game when i just lose my ratings by not being able to launch my battle!!! This is happening alot of times for lost around 100+ ratings from that. It says that i got an oppo to battle but there is no battle menu to set my pokemon and press readyyyy!!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. This might have been caused due to a bug to your client. However, please try the following, to see if it is fixed in the future:

  • Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Afterwards, download CCleaner and run it to make sure to delete anything else left undeleted.
  • Restart your device.
  • Download again the game here
