I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that we cannot refund you of your Master ball as it would be unfair to the other players that requested a refund after being unsatisfied with the uses they did of their Master ball and their request have been denied. If we would restore your Master ball and not theirs it would be really unfair.

Nevertheless you can obtain another Master ball in the game and here below, quoting our ITEM GUIDE, are all the way you can obtain one:

 

Master Ball

Location:

- At any pvp-coin shop for 10 pvp-coins (Vermillion, Blackthorn, Mauville and Canalave).

- Obtainable in some exclusive events.

- Possible boss reward by Battle Boss.

- Possible 1st place reward - Bug Catching Contest - Johto.

- Solaceon Daily Quest - Once every sixth day streak.

- Possible '10 Item' Tier 4 Item Recycler outcome.

 

However, i can assure you that even without Master Ball the Legendary Pokémon are really easy to capture if a false swipe and a status move (paralyze, sleep) are used.

 

With that said, I know it can be frustrating, but i hope you can understand why we cannot fulfill your request.
