I acidentally released my female ralts lvl 66 , id is on ss

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortuantely, in this moment the recover may take a while since we're currently experiencing issues. However i will personally assist you with the recover of your account as soon as these issues get solved.

I will update you through this post once the issue will be solved and the pokemon recovered.

Also, in the future please remember to use the RESTORE POKEMON MEGATHREAD

P.s my ralts which i released had leftovers on them i received ralts back but no leftovers ty

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm sorry to inform you that once you release a Pokémon any possible held item gets automatically deleted. Unfortunately we have no way to confirm that the item was there or not, therefore we are not able to refund it.

I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand.
