I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that if you are interested in customize again your chacter, then you are able to do so by using a Magic Mirror.

You can obtain the Magic Mirror through the coins shop, at a cost of 50 coins, or buying it from other players using the in-game trade chat or the correct FORUM - TRADE ZONE of the server where you play on.

 

Unfortunately, this is the only way you can customize the basic look of your character. Nevertheless, you can obtain a lot of awesome clothes in the game, buying them from other players or obtaining them through quests.
