I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced.

Could you please tell me if you are still experiencing the said error after restarting the client? If yes, could you please try the following and see if it solves your issue:

  1. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else.
  2. Restart your computer/device
  3. Download again the game from HERE

Could you please try to change the resolution of your client and to play it in full screen?

Try first with the lower resolutions and then with the higher, but make sure to select the full screen mode please.

Could you please try the full-screen mode with the 1920x1080? That should be your native resolution.
