What have you done before the problem was there?

i was trying to complete the mew quest. I have talked to the npc but he wouldn't let me through even thought i have completed the requirements.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I have tried to restart the client and reinstalled the client but it doesn't work

Dear GM

 

I would like to report a bug that i have encountered within the game. I cannot proceed onto the Mew quest. I have completed all of the requirements required by the game for the Mew quest. Can you please fix this bug for me?
