Bug in party slot 2

After updating the client, a bug appeared in my game.

 

Every time I run a wild pokemon, I fight against an NPC or another player. Automatically, the pokémon that is in slot 2 of my party, is activated and the information of him appears.

 

Would you like to know if this is a bug ?

 

And yes, I downloaded the new client twice and I continue with this bug or error =/

Could you please try to explain in a more specific and accurate way what is the issue that you're experiencing?
