Description and Message

Just to make you notice, chandelure, lampent, litwick miss an attack that is already implemented in the game in their movepool, it's Hex, which i saw tentacruel can learn whereas they don't, i like this attack cause it synergizes well with will'o'wisp so i'd like to see it back in his movepool ^^

They'll update the moves eventually, but yeah, currently all Pokemon past Gen 1 are missing moves introduced in Gen 5 or 6.
