I would like to say thank you for taking the time to report this bug, as all community help in reporting bugs is very valued.

However, I can confirm that this is 100 percent not a bug.

 

Although you paid 50k for 24 hour access to the Safari Zone, you can only spend a maximum of 20 minutes in per session.

To enter again, all you have to do is just talk to the guard again and he will let you in free of charge.
