I'm trying to teach my Charmeleon Headbutt ( the guy in the Viridian forest maze ) but it keep telling me charmeleon cannot learn it ( even tho it should )

it's also the same problem with sisemic toss witch can be learned in Pewter City, is there something special to do ?

what i would do, is wait until night and go on route 2 and hunt down a snubbull. they are amazing against the first maybe 5 gymleaders because of themoves they can learn, and they also learn headbutt on their own at level 19 <3

do you have enough money for the headbutt tutor ?

yes i have around 7k and each technique cost 2k
