First pokemon in party cant be switched around

In my pokemon party, my first pokemon is Alakazam and I am not able to switch him out with any other pokemon in my party. Have tried dragging other pokemon in his place and also dragged him in other places as well. Nothing works. Can please help?

I am sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused as well as the delay in our response. To address your issue directly,

 

After taking a thorough look through your account info. I have come to notice that you merged your accounts but selected the Blue server as your main account instead of your Red Server Account which has 212 hours of play time.

 

In doing so your Pokemon is now locked in your party. Before we proceed, I have to ask was this intentional or by mistake? Do you want the Red or Blue Server to be your man account?

 

If you want the Red account to be your main I can offer you an unmerger for your account so you may select the correct server.
