I'm sorry to hear about your situation.

I would like to inform you that, quoting our GAME RULES:

2. Each person is allowed a maximum of four owned accounts. You may only have one account per email address.

With that said i'm sorry to inform you that, due to security issues, it's not possible to delete your account. We cannot allow this as users might do not allowed actions in-game, request a removal and we are not able to prove it down anymore. That means that, if you have already 4 accounts, you are not allowed to create a new one.
