Hello, i have won the event of Best tree on 1 place, but, i dont recived mi reward, i call some staffs on game but no one have did notheng about it yet, the others players have already recived, i am the only one that no recived yet...

 

Can someone help me? I felling so bad about it :/

I would like to inform you that we are aware of the fact that the reward have not been given yet and, once again, we are sorry about that. However, i can assure you that we are working on that and that, despite i can't give you any estimated time, they will be given as soon as possible.
