I would like to inform you that, as stated in the SPAWN CHANGELOG, both frillishy and jellicent have their valentine themed version.

In specific, you can find a complete list of what Pokémon have a valentine themed version by checking in the spoiler here below:

 

Spearow, Fearow, Nidoran♂️, Nidorino, Nidoking, Nidoran♀️, Nidorina, Nidoqueen, Pikachu, Raichu, Budew, Roselia, Roserade, Volbeat, Illumise, Throh, Sawk, Luvdisc, Alomomola, Frillish and Jellicent + Male/Female differences (only new sprites)
