stealth rock tutor already in game. Jhoto safari mountain zoe, 15k (not including safari fees), take a poke with rock smash.

They should work now, if it doesn't: go to move relearner, relearn one move you don't need/want to get rid of anyways, than go to the move tutor and teach it. helped several people. Hope it will help you too
