I am sorry for the inconvenience that you are experiencing.

 

To address your issue directly, this is not a bug but it could be possible that something in the games store connection that is blocking the game therefore why you are experiencing trouble logging in and actually playing the game.

 

My best solution to this would be to download a VPN and try connecting to the game through that.
