Pls fix this

So when i first evolve my rotom into rotom heat in celadon mart 2 there's a bug that my rotom heat move become ??? And the picture become charizard then i restart and i lost my rotom in the party then i check in pc and there is my rotom heat

After that i want to learn volt switch but it said rotom heat can't learn volt switch then i check to i try to make my rotom heat learn overheat and it say the same thing

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

It is possible that you are experiencing an error that happen sometimes when you try to teach your Pokémon a move or it try to learn it through level up.

 

To fix that, could you please try the following procedure and see if it fixes your error:

1. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else.
   
2. Restart your computer/device
   
3. Download again the game from HERE
   

After you've downloaded again the latest client, please try to teach again the move to your Rotom interacting with the Rotom Tutor in Hearthome City and the issue should be solved.

Do note that, unfortunately, we are not able to refund you of your money as it would be unfair to those that accepted their losses due to a bug if we would restore your money and not their money/progress etc.

 

Please, let me know if you have been able to solve your issue and if you have any further questions.

Reinstalling your PC and then teaching it on your PC should be more than fine to teach the move to your Rotom.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Please do note that Rotom learns Volt Switch through TM and not through tutor. Therefore, in order for your pokemon to learn Volt Switch, you'll have to buy the TM from the Mauville City Game Corner for 2500 pokedollars.
