Hi. Yesterday I went to Eumi Islands and spoke to npc. She told me that I have to help someone in New Mauville if I want to go forward. I found this npc in New Mauville and after this I was unable to travel between cities in Hoenn. Before my 'meetings' with these npcs everything worked well and now npc in New Mauville says that I need to do quest to travel by Transmat Stations.

Is there any solution for this or do I have to finish this quest once again?
