Hi,

Yesterday night the server crashed. The thing is I had just made the trade with the little boy in Cerulean house 5 2f who gives a Cleffa for a Clefairy. I did the trade and a minute or so after the server crashed I think i was in the poke center. I just relogged and am in the boy house again but I don't have neither Cleffa or Clefairy and the boy can still trade it to me.

As cleffa is a pain to get could you send it back to me or get the clefairy I have traded back

Hello Lunu,

I'm sorry but we can't refund anything lost due to rollbacks or crashes. Try to catch another clefairy in mt moon, it's not that rare.
