I am sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

 

Most likely you are having connection problems with your phone to PRO

  1. Try Restarting your mobile device

  2. Restarting the connection you are on

  3. Try using a VPN to connect

  4. Close all Background Applications running.

  5. Update your Mobile device to the latest version

If no of that work please try redownloading the new client

For your Android device, could you please uninstall and delete all your PRO files on your phone? Afterwards, please install the new download found here.
