I would like to first and foremost apologize for the inconvenience experienced. To address your issue could you try the two solutions I have down below:

  1. Try updating your current Windows version.
  2. Totally disable your Firewall and Antivirus

Please let me know here after you try both of these solutions, if either works for you!
