Hi, i have a problem

It turns out that in hoen to go to the moon and beat deoxys then they sent me to the last gym of hoen and there I could have access to the last medal, I won in that gym and supposedly they gave me the medal but I do not appear to have it nor is it registered as such and to that city once you leave it you can not re-enter at that moment, I am unable to have the last medal and without being able to enter the Víctory road. Help please

Maybe I'm wrong, but I'll still tell you what I think.

 

If you're talking about the Water Gym, there is two Gym Leaders.

You have to beat both Wallace and Juan in order to have the badge.

It happened to me on an old account. I though it was a bug, but it's not.

As Madtrainer already said, the eight gym in the Hoenn region has two Gym Leaders. In order to obtain the badge, you have to beat both of them. Check this guide here, go to the end of the thread and look at the Sootopolis City Gym paragraph and go from there. I hope that the reply from Madtrainer and myself helped you.
