If the game loses focus I lose the ability to move in game without alt+tabbing back to the window every time I enter a new zone. Is there any way to fix this? I have tried clearmaps and clean reg commands. I also tried deleting the game and re-downloading but it doesn't seem to reset anything.

Could you please clarify what you mean with "if the game loses focus"? Try to be as much specific as possible explaining any action taken before the bug get experienced, in that way we will be able to look for a fix.

The issue has been forwarded to our developer that will look into it.
