I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

It seems like you currently have the 71 evolved pokemon required.

From now, go in Pallet Town and talk to Prof. Oak, let him take a look to your Pokedex. After that, go to Celadon, enter in the building next to the Pokecenter and go on the Roof Top by taking the elevator and enter in the house where you should find the man that gives you the old map.

If you should not be able to obtain that, it is possible that you are experiencing a bug. Therefore, could you please make another evolution in order to reach the 72 evolutions and try again the procedure said above?
