I had limited resources and almost 0 will for colors, it's raining outside lmao

2 days before you told me to, but Imma do it anyway cus' I'm a rebel :Cool: and request a sig (cus' everyone is anyway and I need to get in line).

 

Sig with Petrel (Team Rocket Exec) I have a render here I would like used. With Honchkrow in it as well. I give you artistic freedom for everything else.
