Tm114 - rock smash not working properly

Hi,

I just bought the tm from a npc, and when i was teaching it to a poke i missclicked the poke and the system "taught it" to a poke that cant learn it. The problem is it didnt teach it and the tm is gone from my backpack. There was no checkbox either, asking which move i wanted to remove in other to teach it, since the poke already knew 4 moves.

Well i bought another tm, and tried to teach it to a poke that can learn it, but somehow the tm disappears and doesnt teach the move..

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

It is possible that you are experiencing an error that happen sometimes when you try to teach your Pokémon a move or it try to learn it through level up.

 

To fix that, could you please try the following procedure and see if it fixes your error:

1. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else.
   
2. Restart your computer/device
   
3. Download again the game from HERE
   

After you've downloaded again the latest client, please try to teach again the move to your Pokémon.

Do note that, unfortunately, we are not able to refund you of your money as it would be unfair to those that accepted their losses due to a bug if we would restore your money and not their money/progress etc, also we are not able to track the shop-logs-payments.

 

Please, let me know if you have been able to solve your issue and if you have any further questions.

Now that i see noone of my pokes learned a single move in ages...

Last moves they learned they were around lvl10-15, now they are all around lvl 35.

Only thing i can do now is pay for each move :'(, or is there anything else i can do?

Anyway how does this bug happens? I dont want this to happen again. Its really annoying to keep losing money to bugs, its not the first time it happens to me...

I also found headbutt is not working either, i will attach a printscreen. https://imgur.com/a/Jzr0w2y Might it be related to this other bug?

I would like to apologize for the delay and the inconvenience.

 

To totally fix the issue, following the procedure said above should be enough. I will quote it:

1. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else.
   
2. Restart your computer/device
   
3. Download again the game from HERE
   

After you've downloaded again the latest client, you should be able to learn the moves correctly from the tutor and level up.

Do note that, unfortunately, we are not able to refund you of your money as it would be unfair to those that accepted their losses due to a bug if we would restore your money and not their money/progress etc. I hope you can understand.

 

 

Regard the Headbutt issue, the problem should have been fixed. Could you please check that?
