Client don´t work correctly

My problem is I can start the game and when i start it the game freeze and cant run it. And the launcher background is transparent. You can check in attach files.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you play try please try the following procedure in then the same exact order i give you:

1. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else.
   
2. Install the latest version of .NET Framework
   
3. Restart your computer
   
4. Totally disable your Firewall and Antivirus
   
5. Download again the game from HERE
   
6. Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. (Not directly in C: or D: , but you can put them in your documents into a folder like this: CLIENT FOLDER)
   
7. Run the program as Administrator
   

If you will succeed in solving your issue, please remember to reactivate your antivirus and firewall and add an exception to PRO Folder/Client.

Sorry for the delay to answer you, I was working a lot in the company these last days.

 

First, I solved my problem differently. And I compare with your solution, and I think for me, my solution was better. Because i garantee the integraty and security of my data and i do not need to create loopholes in my anti virus for this.

 

So, I solved it like this:

 

- Install Nox Player;

- Emulate Android there;

- Install PRO Client;

- And play.

 

If I have problem with this "Virtual Machine", I drop and create again.

 

So, I prefer this solution, what do you think?
