I would like to start off by saying sorry for the inconvenience experienced. To further address your issue could you please try the following solutions below:

  1. ︎Try Alt+Tab ︎
  2. Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter
  3. Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar
  4. Log out, and then back in
  5. Close the whole client and start PRO again
