I would like to start off by saying sorry for the inconvenience experienced. To further address your issue could you please try the following solutions below:

  1. ︎Try Alt+Tab ︎
  2. Use an Escape Rope ︎
  3. Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter
  4. Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar
  5. Log out, and then back in

i had already tried all 5 of these but am still stuck whenever i use the escape rope it just spawns me back into the pokecenter and moves up until im unable to move.

Also the refresh does not seem to work at all. my character seems to just be stuck going up for some reason. i checked to make sure it wasn't something with my keyboard but thats not the problem either.

Hi there once again,

 

I would like to apologize for the continued inconvenience.

 

With that being said, from my interpretation of your situation it seems that you are button locked into the forward key hence moving you continuously upwards until you cannot move any further.

 

 

To try and solve this problem could try the following options down below?

  1. Try connecting a different keyboard to your computer
  2. Resetting the keybinding to default
  3. Disconnecting and reconnect your mouse
  4. Close any other applications or software you may have running in the background
  5. Could you try downloading the latest client HERE. Before downloading the new client please be sure to remove all older PRO client files from your system.
