I'm stuck in NPC and I can't move. It's the second number. I don't know how to proceed. Can I help to send the characters back to PC?

The issue has been forwarded to the relevant parties that will look into that.

Unfortunately, there is not an estimated time as for when the issue will be solved, however it should be really soon. Please be patient in the while and remember that when we update the game we always make an announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD.

In the last period there were many updates on the test server, could you please tell me if you were able to unstuck your character or if you are still experiencing the issue?

Because I've been stuck for too long, I used the other accounts to clear 16 pavilions. should there be no problem?
