I would like to inform you that the move Draining Kiss is currently coded incorrectly, as it indeed do not recover health points. This is stated in the LIST OF BROKEN MOVES which you can check to see what move and ability are not coded or coded incorrectly. There is not an estimated time as for when this exact move will be coded. However, with the new PVP UPDATE that will come in 2 months, we are planning to have all the moves, items and pokemon properly work as they should be. Please be patient in the while and remember that when we update the game we always make an announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD.
