In Safari Exclusive there is Marill picture both grass on water. Either it's wrong because i tried so many times on night or impossible to get and that means it is not occosional as the chart is.

It's night only with membership as you said, you probably just have bad luck. Marill is Tier 2 almost Tier 3. Ofcourse you can have bad luck and don't find any Marill while in the Safari. Posibilities don't work with fixed numbers, it's all random.
