hello to who ever is reply and i hope your having a good day cause i am, a friend of mine badbluex who used to play i asked him for his account and he said i could use it but he had forgot the password to the account, so i was wondering if it is possible for you guyz to help me fix it, btw if u want i can send u a ss of our chat on discord

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that we are able to help with the recover of the account, but only if the real owner ask about that directly and not through friends, family/brothers/sisters, etc. This because we always want to protect the privacy and the data of our players.

 

Therefore, as it seems you are still in contact with him, could you please ask him to make a thread in the COMPLAINT SUB-FORUM for the recovery of the account or to ask him to change password and then, in case he wants, pass it to you?

As stated above, we are able to help with the recover of the account, but only if the real owner ask about that directly and not through friends, family/brothers/sisters, etc.

In case your friends cannot recover his password by resetting it through the WEBSITE-RESET PASSWORD PAGE, please make him create another account to use for the recover and make him create a thread in the COMPLAINT SUB-FORUM for the recovery of the account.
