Hello, I'm confirming what happened, I've got Hemox Clamperl locked in my pc and I can't move it, only view it stats

If the Clamperl was caught in the Hoenn region, then the person that received it needs to have access to Hoenn(same with the other regions), if not, the pokemon will stay locked until the person goes to that region.

Yeah I know it was my bad for not checking if he was region locked but just wondering if an admin can move it over for me
