Is there a reason why trace is disabled in ranked pvp? I have a trace gardevoir, and the ability works perfectly fine in pve. I challenged a friend to a battle and it worked against him, but it doesn't seem to do anything in ranked pvp. I used it a few times in ranked pvp now, it never says that it copies the ability and I'm pretty sure it didn't copy the opposing pokemon's ability in any of the matches.

 

Edit: maybe this thread should be in general support, I'm not sure.

It is not exactly 'disabled' in ranked PvP, but it doesn't copy the ability upon a switch in after a K.O.
