I bought the 24-hours pass for Safari in Kanto, now i want to use the EV training normally u pay 10k for it, but with the 24-hours pass it should have been 2k because of the disscount right ? Well i pay 3 times now 10k without even notice because its supossed to be 2k. And i'm kinda disappoiting because i already missed 2 hours of my 24-hours pass.. i pay real money to get pokemoney thats why i am so upset about it. The resolve i expect is that i get a new 24-hours pass because i bought it for the EV training disscount. Thanks in advance

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that it is true that you pay 2000 pokedollars to access the EV Trainin Safari when you hold a 24 hours pass.

However, to do that you have to interact with the Old Man behind the desk and not with the guard. In fact, if you will talk with the guards, you will be asked to pay the 10.000 pokedollars as normal.

To show you with an image, the NPC you have to talk with is the one portrayed in the following screenshot in the spoiler.

I have personally tested the NPC before replying to you, and it works as intended making you pay only 2.000 pokedollars and not 10.000.

As you most likely have just used the wrong NPC and that there is no issue on our end, we are not able to refund you of the money spent or the 24 hours pass since giving a new one would be unfair to all the others players as it would be equal to gift something, since there was no issue on our end and the guards properly type the price of the safari zone when you talk with them.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but i hope you can understand.

 

Also, please do keep in mind that you are allowed to bump your thread only every 24 hours.

Thanks for your reply, well thats kinda stupid how do i know where i need to buy the EV pass, nothing says that i have to go there. How do i know as a new person on Pokemon Revolution Online. I am not satisfied with the reply, i spend money on this game for pokemoney and lose it because of there was no indication where i need to buy EV training. About the 24-hours pass i get that you dont gave me a new 24 hours pass because i missed 2 hours of it. But i would really like the 30k back that i spend on the EV training when having a 24-hours pass. Now i didnt profit from the discount for EV training.
