Hello, I just bought the 24h safari pass for 50k becouse i have a bunch of new pokes that need EV training. It is known that buying the 24h pass gives u a large discount on the EV training ground (2k instead of the full 10k). Not knowing that the discount hadnt been applied i paid 10k once for the safari EV training ground and the second time when i was going to enter i noticed it still said 10k. I really hope that this problem will get resolved soon and i expect a componsation of some sort (prefferably a new 24h pass) since i cannot make use of the EV training ground now becouse im not paying 10k per 20 minutes on top of the 24h pass i bought for the ev training ground discount only.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that it is true that you pay 2000 pokedollars to access the EV Trainin Safari when you hold a 24 hours pass.

However, to do that you have to interact with the Old Man behind the desk and not with the guard. In fact, if you will talk with the guards, you will be asked to pay the 10.000 pokedollars as normal.

To show you with an image, the NPC you have to talk with is the one portrayed in the following screenshot in the spoiler.

I have personally tested the NPC before replying to you, and it works as intended making you pay only 2.000 pokedollars and not 10.000.

As you most likely have just used the wrong NPC and that there is no issue on our end, we are not able to refund you of the money spent or the 24 hours pass since giving a new one would be unfair to all the others players as it would be equal to gift something, since there was no issue on our end and the guards properly type the price of the safari zone when you talk with them.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but i hope you can understand.

 

Also, please do keep in mind that you are allowed to bump your thread only every 24 hours.
