Did not obtain reroll ticket & train ticket after 16 badges on test server

I've ran the test server event as soon as it came out, and completed all 16 badges (did not complete johto E4). However, I have not received my reroll ticket and the train transit pass. Is there any way to obtain them?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that the 8th badge and 16th badge reward have not been rewarded yet. They will be rewarded with the next server maintenance.

Once the maintenance will start and the reward will be given, we will make an announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD as that is where we post all of our updates and announcements.

I will also update you through this thread once they will be rewarded, in order to make sure to be notified about that.
