I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please tell me whee exactly the blank text box popped up? In specific, what did you do before it appeared on your display?

For example, did it come out when you finished a battle or when you tried to start a new one? Or in any other way.

First I fought with the boss and I got stuck after this, I could not start the second battle or move my avatar and I closed the game, then I appeared on the olivine computer, when I thought that what was only a bug of stuck, the boss told that as a defeat and by pressing the option "see my score" came the image I showed.
