I can not log into the Client

Hello, I'm in great need of help. In the site and in the forum I can log in my account normally, but when I try to enter the client,

so much in the pc as in android, the game says that my account or password is wrong, I've done everything I could, I already changed the password, the email is nothing. Can you help me please, I do not know what else to do .

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. The Dashboard, Website Login, and Password Reset isn't working properly right now. Resetting your password temporarily won't let you be able to login in-game. We're aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. However, there is no estimated time as to when the issue will be fixed. Please stay tuned in #announcements (Currently #cherubi-news-4) of our Official PRO Discord for further announcements.
