I'm trying to donate in order to get some coins for my account on the Gold server but everytime I go into the process it says my username doesn't exist, I'm also unable to login on the main website maybe there is a correlation between these issues?

 

Ingame name: Thumbboi

Server: Gold

 

There isn't much info I can include since I only get the invalid username info, hope it helps though!
