There are actually three problems total.

------ I selected the move discharged after leveling up, but the move that was given to my pikachu was nuzzle. This problem happened twice now and the first time it happened i used 2k to relearn the move i wanted.

----- my poliwag isn't able to learn bubble beam with the move relearner.

----- I started another account with a different email, i used paypal with my second email account and i've yet to receive the coins with my second email account. I bought the coins yesterday.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that the issue you described about Pikachu has been forwarded to our DEVs that will look into that.

Unfortunately there's no estimated time as for when the issue will be found and fixed, however we usually announce our updates on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD so you can stay tuned there for any possible announce. As for now, the best you can do is relearning the move using the move relearner.

 

Regard Poliwag, it is possible that the move "Bubble" is actually blocking Poliwag from learning Bubblebeam due to the similar name.

Could you please try to relearn first Bubble and then check if Bubblebleam is available?

 

The donation has been handled already together with our admins instead as you made another post where you received help from them.
