Could you please try deactivating your firewall and trying again?

 

If that does not work, please do a clean installation of the game.

To do so, please delete all the files of the game (including compressed/APKs) and clear your cache (if mobile) and then reinstall the game from DOWNLOADS and try again.

 

Let me know if the problem is fixed after you have done that.
