I would like to inform you that you cannot rebattle mewtwo in the Cerulean Cave after the first time, is it possible that you had already spoken with it once and maybe finished the battle or was disconnected while battling it? And then i went to cerulean cave again, I saw the iron mewtwo, and i aslo didnt have mewtwo dex. Finally, I talked with iron mewtwo, it disapear and I didnt battle.
