Good day @Geeansalvatoree As @Draco127 has said, you can speak with the Quest Guru in Vulcan Town House 5 (on the left side of the Pokemon Center). Once you speak reset your quest, then you can proceed by speaking with Ahok. If desired, you can follow the information in the Vulcan Island Quest Part 1 guide. Good day @Cazydave Neither Groudon nor Kyogre are available for capture in PRO (this includes their Primordial forms). The only way that you are able to use either of them would be in Random PvP battles, where you have a random chance to have them on your team. I hope this information finds you well. Before you can proceed with the Lake Trio quest, you will need to finish this. You can reference the guide found on the Wiki (here) if you would like. Once you complete the Mega Garchomp quest, please try speaking to Professor Rowan and then rechecking the potential spots for the Adamant Orb. I look forward to hearing of your success. I see that you have provided screenshots of the locations that you have checked in both the Eterna Forest Cave and the Old Chateau; however, there is one remaining spot in the Eterna Forest Cave. Once you enter Eterna Cave, head north and then west through the rocks (requiring Rock Smash). Once you pass the Rock Smash locations, go up the ladder to the west. Go to the far west and, if present, the Adamant Orb will be there. Eterna Forest Cave - Adamant Orb Potential Spot Can you check this location and let me know if you were able to find the Adamant Orb? Good day @Oggy2busy If a player receives a Pokemon that then becomes region locked, it can be traded back directly from the PC. Have the player you traded with open their PC and then accept a trade request from you. Once the trade window is open, the player can then drag the region locked Pokemon into the trade window to return. I hope this information finds you well.
