Nocturnal Feather

So I was looking for Nocturnal Feather for the Fly HM, and 5 minutes my searh im lukcy enough to find a pidgeotto with it. I used me alakazam's trick to take the item. I killed the pidgeotto, checked if i had the item, moved a few tiles and server shut down. Log back in and my Alakazam doesn't have the feather anymore. Is there any way you can help me out?

I'm sorry to hear about your situation.

Unfortunately, i'm sorry to inform you that you might have been hit be a rollback caused by the server crash.

I regret to inform you that we cannot recover the item lost as we have not any tool that permit us to do that and because a rollback simply means that the last progress, the one where you got the nocturnal feather, was not saved into the database due tot he crash and therefore the game loaded an old one where you had not it.

 

Also, we are not able to refund you giving you a new one as it would be unfair toward the other that experienced a loss of their progress due to crashing, regardless of on our end or theirs, and accepted the loss of them. Please, take your time to read the following:

Lost by crash issues (Including disconnections and rollbacks)

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.
