Membership reduced a lot after password issues

Hello, roughly 7 days ago i started a 15 day ms medallion and after checking in discord today theres less than 2 days left on it. The password issues affected me for 4 days and we were supposed to get our memberships extended by 3 days, however mine seems to instead have been REPLACED with a 3 day membership which is a pain as i spent irl money donating for my ms. Please can you look into this for me, thank you :)

Unfortunately, there is not an estimated time as for when the issue will be found/solved, however we will personally update you as soon as we will have any information about that.
