I would like to inform you that after my testing, it seems to work fine.

Do you think it could have been cause due to the pokemon not being false swiped properly?

Could you test it again and thoroughly make sure that it has been false swiped correctly?

My apologies for the earlier reply.

As per my investigation of the matter, itseems that when the damage of the move is less than 0.5HP it gets rounded down to 0HP making it to deal no damage, as per official games of pokemon it is intended to do so.

All attacks will do at least 1 damage unless the move is not effective i saw the some pokemon damage calculation?

is that PRO is Gen5 so it will deal 0 damage if less than 1?
